What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates exercise done on a specialized machine called a Reformer. It uses springs for resistance and helps improve core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled movements. It’s popular for its full-body workout and ability to customize resistance levels.

Overall, a Pilates reformer workout is about strengthening your core and learning which muscles to engage when. All of this can make you a better athlete; help you recover from an injury; lose weight; improve your balance, increase bone density and improve posture, help recover after giving birth; and reduce back pain.
