Why Mixed
Two methods, one membership.
Reformer Pilates builds control, posture and core strength. Lagree builds strength and endurance with slow, intense, low-impact work. Together they balance each other, and Unlimited Mixed lets you choose class by class.
Pilates Pro and Lagree Pro on their own would be AED 4,140 a month together. Unlimited Mixed gives you both studios for AED 2,460 a month.
