Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Yes. Beginner Reformr. classes need no previous experience, and the springs can be set lighter or heavier to meet you where you are.

How much is a Reformer Pilates class?
A tryout class is AED 145. Packages bring it down to about AED 122 per class — see all prices.
Do you have ladies-only Reformer Pilates classes?
Yes. We run both ladies-only and mixed classes at Shams Boutik; the class name on the schedule tells you which is which.
Can I do Reformer Pilates while pregnant?
Yes, with a doctor’s certificate confirming you are fit to exercise. Let your instructor know how you are feeling each time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes cancelled within 12 hours of the start time are charged in full. Read our studio policies.
